Senior Consultant, OpenText Exstream – CCM & Document Composition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain templates and communications in OpenText Exstream Cloud-Native.

• Implement evolutionary and corrective modifications to existing communications.

• Configure business rules, dynamic content, and document variants.

• Manage the mapping and integration of variable data in documents and communications.

• Administer reusable components and corporate document structures.

• Conduct functional and technical testing with various data scenarios.

• Analyze and resolve issues related to document composition and generation.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of communications: development, testing, validation, publishing, and promotion across environments.

• Create technical documentation, testing evidence, and associated procedures.

• Coordinate with source system teams, document management, and electronic signature platforms.

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance with document communication standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in OpenText Exstream Cloud-Native.

• Experience with OpenText Communications Designer.

• Strong knowledge in creating and maintaining document templates.

• Experience in managing rules, variants, and personalized content.

• Experience in mapping and processing variable data.

• Familiarity with XML and/or JSON.

• Knowledge of JavaScript.

• Experience in testing, debugging, and issue resolution.

• Experience working with various environments and promotion and publishing processes.

• Experience with at least one of the following platforms: OpenText StreamServe, OpenText eDOCS, or IBM FileNet.

• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and technical autonomy.

• Experience in document management environments and corporate communication generation.
