Senior Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work closely with clients’ finance teams to identify business requirements and challenges.

• Collect requirements and develop customized solutions to enhance financial operations.

• Configure financial ERP modules, such as General Ledger, Cash and Bank, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cash Flow, Fixed Assets, Expense Management, and Budgeting.

• Tailor workflows and reports, integrating them with supply chain activities.

• Lead the implementation of finance modules, managing everything from scoping and system configuration to testing and go-live support.

• Evaluate finance operations and suggest process enhancements along with implementation strategies.

• Deliver training and continuous support to finance teams.

• Resolve issues and enhance system performance.

• Mentor fellow consultants and offer insights on best practices.

• Supervise the migration of financial data from legacy systems while ensuring data integrity.

• Design and develop customized financial reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.

• Collaborate with project managers to track deadlines, task hours, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Keep abreast of F&SCM updates and advancements in financial technology.

• Collaborate with consultants and supply chain and production teams for effective cross-functional integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&SCM.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

• Significant experience with AX/D365 F&SCM in a finance context.

• Recommended Dynamics AX/D365 F&O certifications.

• Experience in engaging with end-users and gathering business requirements.

• Ability to cultivate strong client relationships and effectively convey the value of Dynamics AX/D365 F&SCM for their business.

• Experience in designing and executing multiple AX/D365 F&O full-cycle deployments.

• Proven track record of successful implementations, both on-site and remotely.

• Minimum of two F&SCM-related Microsoft certifications required.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
