Senior Consultant – Maintenance / Asset Management, SAP EAM (PM/CS)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide advice, plan, and execute projects aimed at advancing and improving maintenance processes within SAP EAM or similar applications.

• Facilitate and coordinate communication between IT departments and operational maintenance teams.

• Evaluate maintenance and customer service workflows to identify areas for optimization.

• Formulate actionable recommendations and solution strategies.

• Implement and tailor established methodologies and new processes as needed.

• Offer subject-matter expertise during presales engagements.

• Play an active role in the ongoing development of consulting services.

• Mentor and support junior team members while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing IT projects within the maintenance sector using SAP EAM / SAP PM / SAP CS.

• Proficiency in SAP EAM (experience with SAP Asset Manager is an advantage) and commonly employed Intelligent Asset Management solutions (e.g., SAP MDG for EAM, SAP BNAC, SAP ASPM, SAP PdMS, SAP PEI, SAP AM, etc.).

• Familiarity with related modules such as SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP QM.

• Relevant industry experience in pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing, or other industrial fields.

• A strong passion for consulting, along with a high level of initiative and the capability to work autonomously.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Proficiency in German at C1 level or native level.

• Good command of the English language.

• Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
