Senior Consultant, IT Service Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Enhance clients' IT portfolios with a focus on IT services, suppliers, and IT assets.

• Ensure IT is utilized in a future-ready manner.

• Boost service delivery through business-centric strategies.

• Assist in the successful deployment and continuous evolution of IT services.

• Facilitate IT sourcing initiatives to optimize costs, quality, and scalability within the IT organization.

• Optionally offer subject-matter expertise and mentorship to Junior Consultants on collaborative projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree.

• Minimum of three years of experience in project management and/or consulting in IT Service Management.

• Comprehensive knowledge of established frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL.

• Strong grasp of the relationship between IT and business operations.

• Analytical mindset capable of structuring complex information and clarifying dependencies.

• High self-motivation paired with a diligent work ethic.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

• Proficiency in German at a professional negotiating level.
