Senior Consultant – IT Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to enhance IT operations, ensuring stability, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.

• Conduct analysis and evaluations of IT organizations, focusing on IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management.

• Investigate the latest technologies and tools available in the market.

• Determine how these technologies and tools can enhance existing processes for clients.

• Optionally, provide subject-matter expertise and mentorship to Junior Consultants on collaborative projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree.

• A minimum of three years of experience in project management and/or consulting within IT operations.

• A solid understanding of common frameworks and best practices, including ITIL.

• Strong comprehension of the relationship between IT and business.

• An analytical mindset capable of structuring complex information and clarifying interdependencies.

• A high degree of self-motivation and a diligent work ethic.

• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in German.

• A willingness to learn and grow, even if not all preferred qualifications are met.
