This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, enhance, and execute business processes with an emphasis on digital transformation, automation, customer experience, workflow enhancement, and agile organizational frameworks.

• Independently manage client projects from the planning stage to implementation.

• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

• Discover new opportunities and formulate innovative solutions.

• Assist in shaping the consulting service offerings.

• Aid in the creation of progressive strategic concepts.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.

• Maintain and expand your professional network.

• Participate in internal decision-making processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as an insurance and financial services clerk and/or a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, business information systems, insurance studies/risk and insurance, industrial engineering, or a similar program with a focus on insurance.

• 3–5 years of experience as a project manager within the insurance industry, preferably at a management consultancy or insurance firm.

• Familiarity with business process management (BPM), digitalization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process optimization is advantageous.

• Experience with insurance processes.

• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or other qualifications in operational excellence and process management are a plus.

• Capability to work autonomously and manage projects efficiently.

• Empathy and the ability to offer consultative advice to clients as a collaborative partner.

• Creativity and a solution-oriented approach.

• Willingness to travel to client locations.

• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for project management and presentations.
