Senior Consultant, Indirect Spend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform in-depth financial and operational analyses to uncover performance enhancement opportunities and convert insights into actionable strategic proposals.

• Design and implement project plans that adhere to timelines, budgets, contractual obligations, and anticipated value.

• Independently lead designated consulting projects and workstreams or collaborate with cross-functional project teams.

• Organize client meetings and deliver findings and recommendations to vice presidents and senior leaders within client organizations.

• Oversee mid- to senior-level client relationships, managing expectations and requests effectively.

• Mentor junior consultants on data analysis, analytical methodologies, and effective storytelling techniques.

• Address client inquiries related to data analysis, strategic development, performance enhancement, and coaching.

• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to sales and client expansion initiatives.

• Create and refine consulting products, services, tools, methodologies, and intellectual capital.

• Track engagement budgets, project outcomes, and client billable hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred relevant degree.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience required.

• Experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare purchased and support services is essential.

• Proven ability to coordinate or manage projects while applying project management methodologies.

• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret intricate financial and operational data and formulate actionable recommendations.

• Outstanding facilitation, presentation, storytelling, and both written and verbal communication skills tailored for senior client audiences.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and projects within complex, cross-functional settings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to travel regularly and efficiently throughout the year to accommodate client needs and timelines.
