Senior Consultant, HEOR Modelling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic insights and analytical expertise to support healthcare clients in demonstrating the value of their products and services.

• Design and implement value evidence development projects.

• Utilize HEOR research methods and advancements in technology.

• Create and present client-ready project solutions.

• Work independently while providing technical guidance to junior team members on HEOR projects.

• Gain an understanding of client requirements and effectively communicate technical concepts.

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and key scientific presenter for clients.

• Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks at the required quality.

• Engage in project scoping, proposal creation, and budget formulation with oversight.

• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

• Mentor and coach colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree is required.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong and collaborative communication skills.

• Proven ability to drive results and meet deadlines.

• Excellent critical thinking abilities.

• A track record of driving innovation and delivering high-quality outcomes.

• Strong skills and demonstrated consulting experience in at least one area: Health Economics; HEOR-related Statistics; HEOR / HTA Strategy; Evidence Review and/or Synthesis; HEOR Expert Elicitation / Stakeholder Engagement; Value Communication.

• Familiarity with new, innovative, and technical developments relevant to HEOR functions.
