This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Collaborate with partners from various industries and skill sets on diverse executive search assignments.
• Operate from the central office and travel to client locations as necessary.
• Oversee engagement with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Lead the entire delivery team.
• Specify the requirements for searches or projects.
• Develop job descriptions, market messaging, and confidentiality procedures for client approval.
• Generate internal market-insight scripts tailored for each project.
• Evaluate and qualify candidates from a long list to a shortlist.
• Produce high-quality reports and candidate profiles.
• Facilitate review and engagement meetings throughout the selection process.
• Recognize and escalate project risks in advance of timeline expectations.
• Manage client engagement and onboarding after project completion.
• Ensure overall quality control and adherence to internal systems, including Clockwork.
• Conduct competency-based, skills-based, personal, and thorough phone interviews.
• Prepare comprehensive candidate reports and shortlist presentations.
• Assess candidates against criteria such as experience, culture fit, compensation, relocation, achievements, and acceptance parameters.
• Facilitate discussions between partners and candidates during the offer stages.
• Oversee resignations and follow up with candidates until placement.
• Conduct follow-up assessments and retention reports at 3, 6, and 12 months post-placement.
• Maintain precise records of all activities within in-house systems.
• Present business cases to senior candidates and partners.
• Manage accounts to enhance revenue and remit on a global scale.
• Analyze partners' commercial business needs and offer advice on strengthening their proposition.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing senior stakeholder and client relationships, including leading small teams.
• At least 5 years in a comprehensive talent acquisition role, including retained Executive Search.
• Proficient in writing insightful profiles and reports.
• Experience in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines and demanding clients.
• Proven experience as a trusted advisor.
• Strong external networks and a solid understanding of best practices.
• Skills in influencing and negotiating, with a successful track record of achieving results that align with customer business objectives.
• Effective project management capabilities.
• Knowledge of attraction methodologies coupled with commercial awareness.
• Ability to produce and analyze data, recognize opportunities, and utilize data to inform decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze complex situations and provide actionable solutions.
• Customer-centric, innovative thinker, problem solver, and able to work independently using initiative.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Fluency in an additional language is preferred but not required.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
