Senior Consultant, EPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Work alongside Keyrus consultants to design, implement, and enhance Anaplan planning models and solutions.

• Conduct user requirements analysis and facilitate sessions for business process design and modeling with client subject-matter experts.

• Identify gaps, issues, and areas of reporting risk as part of the implementation team.

• Convert business processes and requirements into technical specifications, design documents, solution designs, and system configurations.

• Configure and deploy Anaplan solutions within specified timelines and budget constraints.

• Maintain a client-centric approach and foster consensus on project-related decisions.

• Offer training and support to end-users.

• Develop thorough documentation of Anaplan models and configurations for both client and internal knowledge transfer.

• Present demonstrations to executives and business users.

• Stay updated with Anaplan enhancements, best practices, and trends in business planning.

• Engage with managerial, technical, and user audiences effectively.

• Grasp and manage priorities, scope, timelines, goals, and milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in business, finance, multidimensional modeling, data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Performance Management solutions utilizing Anaplan.

• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Anaplan models.

• Technical expertise in software implementation tasks, such as field-to-field data mapping, data conversion validation, system and security configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system integration testing (SIT).

• Experience collaborating on project teams using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, documenting business processes, supporting data conversions, and designing system interfaces.

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, at managerial, technical, and user levels.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to prioritize competing responsibilities and manage time efficiently.

• Adaptability in fast-paced environments with changing project requirements and client demands.

• Ability to work independently and manage small engagements or lead workstreams within larger projects.

• Nice-to-have: experience in business development activities, including product demonstrations or solution presentations.

• Nice-to-have: familiarity with IBM TM1/Planning Analytics, Oracle Hyperion, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tagetik, Board, or OneStream.

• Nice-to-have: prior experience supporting Finance, Sales, or Operations functions.

• Nice-to-have: advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Nice-to-have: experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Nice-to-have: experience in Consolidation and Financial Reporting, Sales Performance Management, Supply Chain Planning, Management Reporting, or Enterprise Operational Planning.

• Nice-to-have: knowledge of ETL and data integration tools such as Informatica, SnapLogic, or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

• Nice-to-have: understanding of RDBMS, including SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, Oracle PL/SQL, AWS PartiQL, or SAS.

• Nice-to-have: a master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Nice-to-have: fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.
