Senior Consultant – Epic, Professional Billing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in the optimization of Epic PB and various project-driven initiatives

• Execute regulatory-related Epic configurations and updates

• Evaluate current workflows to pinpoint areas for enhancement

• Resolve PB issues and propose effective solutions

• Collaborate with the client IT team while autonomously managing assigned tasks

• Deliver expert, hands-on support throughout the engagement

• Aid healthcare organizations in maximizing technology investments, enhancing care delivery, improving patient outcomes, and increasing profitability

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Epic certification in Professional Billing (PB)

• Extensive hands-on experience in Epic PB build, configuration, and optimization

• Background in supporting regulatory builds and system updates

• Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to independently evaluate issues and drive tasks to completion

• Highly self-motivated and adept at working with minimal supervision

• Proficient in managing multiple priorities within a dynamic IT landscape

• Epic Charge Router certification and/or substantial Charge Router experience (preferred)

• Prior experience in supporting complex Epic PB optimization projects (preferred)

• Experience in organizations undergoing IT operational changes (preferred)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills (preferred)

• Consulting experience aiding healthcare organizations through optimization or stabilization processes (preferred)
