Senior Consultant, Epic MyChart

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Act as a MyChart generalist with extensive knowledge in workflows, configuration, support, and optimization.

• Deliver production support, encompassing troubleshooting, resolution of issues, and management of backlogs.

• Analyze, prioritize, and resolve support tickets independently in a dynamic operational setting.

• Assist in rural health initiatives, community health programs, and healthcare projects funded by grants in client-facing settings.

• Design, construct, optimize, and offer end-user assistance for Epic MyChart Care Companion workflows.

• Configure and support Epic Cheers Campaigns along with patient engagement initiatives.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary client and consulting teams.

• Aid in Epic release upgrades, testing, and post-implementation processes.

• Transition production support activities into larger optimization, enhancement, or implementation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Epic consulting, implementation, optimization, or support within a healthcare setting.

• Certification in MyChart.

• Comprehensive understanding of MyChart workflows, configuration, support, and optimization.

• Proven experience in providing production support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and backlog management.

• Capability to independently analyze, prioritize, and resolve support tickets.

• Experience in supporting rural health initiatives, community health programs, or healthcare projects funded by grants in client-facing roles.

• Practical experience with Epic MyChart Care Companion workflows, including design, build, optimization, and end-user support.

• Experience in configuring and supporting Epic Cheers Campaigns and patient engagement initiatives.

• Epic certification or experience with Cheers is preferred.

• Familiarity with Epic release upgrades, testing, and post-implementation support is preferred.

• Previous healthcare consulting experience in supporting Epic implementations, enhancements, or optimization efforts is preferred.
