Senior Consultant DMS, Process Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as a vital link between the development team and clients.

• Assist throughout the project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to successful implementation and go-live.

• Analyze the current business processes of customers.

• Create effective digitization and automation strategies.

• Assess and define both business and technical requirements.

• Guide clients in the adoption and enhancement of document management and process automation solutions.

• Support the deployment of software solutions and workflows both on-site and remotely.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Promote effective knowledge transfer to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.

• Minimum of three years of professional experience with document management systems or process automation solutions.

• Strong understanding of technical concepts.

• Capability to convert technical requirements into customer-centric solutions.

• Experience collaborating with software development or technical project teams.

• Familiarity with Jira.

• Initial project or subproject management experience is a plus.

• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
