Senior Consultant, Digital Workplace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients regarding Digital Workplace strategies utilizing Microsoft 365.

• Perform analyses of the current state, develop roadmaps, and create AI use cases using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.

• Design and deploy Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, along with compliance and configuration policies.

• Build and enhance software distribution, update management, Windows Update for Business, Autopatch, and security baselines.

• Implement Zero Trust principles using Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.

• Plan and carry out migrations to the Microsoft Cloud.

• Facilitate workshops and develop clear concepts and decision-making documents.

• Provide technical leadership for sub-projects and assist with pre-sales activities like needs analysis, solution design, effort estimation, and customer presentations.

• Share expertise with clients’ IT teams and internal staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 in a Digital Workplace setting.

• Practical project experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, application deployment, and compliance.

• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or Azure OpenAI.

• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Consulting experience obtained from a consulting firm or IT service provider.

• Experience in designing, presenting, and executing customer projects.

• Pre-sales experience, including gathering requirements, outlining solutions, and delivering presentations.

• Confident in leading workshops with audiences ranging from system administrators to executive management.

• Structured, self-driven, and solution-focused work approach.

• Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) and fluent in English.

• Willingness to travel for in-person customer meetings.
