Senior Consultant – Digital Transformation, Data & ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Engage in consulting projects aimed at transforming business processes and information systems for industrial and defense sectors.

• Analyze and map cross-functional workflows, encompassing procurement, production, maintenance, supply chain, and their financial efficiencies.

• Detect friction points and identify opportunities for enhancement.

• Assist in defining the scope and documentation for ERP deployment or optimization initiatives, preferably involving SAP.

• Generate operational outputs, including process maps, functional requirements documents, test plans, and executive summaries.

• Conduct data processing tasks, such as extracting, cleaning, consolidating, and analyzing data from diverse systems.

• Create operational dashboards for business and IT leadership, ideally utilizing Power BI.

• Contribute to data quality and governance efforts in the context of industrial transformation.

• Promote a data-driven culture among business stakeholders.

• Aid in the formulation of commercial proposals and the documentation and reuse of methodologies.

• Participate in the firm’s Data and ERP communities of expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree from a prestigious engineering or business school is mandatory.

• A blend of technical and management abilities, or a focus on information systems/ERP, is advantageous.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in transformation consulting, ERP integration, or within an industrial setting.

• Familiarity with at least one cross-functional industrial process, such as procurement, production, maintenance, or finance.

• Initial experience with ERP systems/SAP is greatly valued.

• Proficiency in designing dashboards and data visualizations.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and basic modeling.

• Functional knowledge of an ERP module, preferably SAP, is a plus.

• Interest in AI applications for industrial data is a bonus.

• Basic knowledge of SQL is highly regarded.

• Strong analytical capabilities and a passion for addressing tangible operational challenges.

• Comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate effectively on multisite projects and juggle multiple topics simultaneously.
