Senior Consultant – Cybersecurity, AI Trust

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic consulting and operational delivery support to prominent French and international clients.

• Establish and execute cybersecurity strategies.

• Assist in risk management and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

• Create security architectures.

• Safeguard data while securing cloud environments and AI systems.

• Develop security strategies and frameworks relevant to the project scope.

• Organize and lead workshops with stakeholders.

• Craft key deliverables, synthesize analyses, and formulate and present recommendations and roadmaps.

• Oversee the design, prototyping, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of secure, high-performance solutions.

• Manage, prioritize, and track the team's activities.

• Share knowledge and expertise with both junior and seasoned consultants.

• Contribute to the creation of offerings and solutions within Sia CyberLab.

• Recognize emerging needs, devise suitable responses, and engage in pre-sales discussions and commercial proposals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate from a prestigious engineering or business school, or a top-tier university.

• Over three years of experience in cybersecurity or AI.

• Background in a consulting firm, with a technology solutions or services provider, or within a large corporation.

• Expertise in at least one specialization area.

• Capability to balance business priorities, security demands, and operational limitations.

• Thorough analysis of complex issues.

• Ability to work autonomously, manage engagements, and support both junior and experienced consultants.

• Proficient in both French and English, in spoken and written forms.

• Strong enthusiasm for data and AI-related subjects.

• Quick to develop expertise in data and AI.

• A cybersecurity certification is a valuable asset, although not mandatory.
