Senior Consultant – Compensation Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of consultants delivering expert advice to clients on compensation program design and management.

• Independently oversee a portfolio of clients and diverse engagements.

• Cultivate and uphold client relationships while ensuring accountability.

• Develop, monitor, and manage project plans, assigning staff roles, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Conduct research, analysis, and comprehensive quantitative data management to address challenges and influence client decisions.

• Produce high-quality reports that analyze client issues and opportunities.

• Examine root causes, identify challenges, and recommend data-driven, cost-effective solutions.

• Generate leads for potential business development opportunities.

• Maintain revenue for the client portfolio and assist in the team's sales pipeline.

• Create high-quality reports and presentations utilizing PowerPoint and formatted Excel tables.

• Ensure quality assurance for client deliverables, including presentations, Excel models, and market pricing analyses.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop multiple consultants.

• Keep complete and accurate data in the agency management system.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant laws.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on analytics, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field with an analytics focus.

• A minimum of five (5) years of progressive compensation consulting experience.

• At least three (3) years of experience in leading and training teams while managing a client portfolio.

• Experience in healthcare compensation.

• CCP or other relevant certifications.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including functions for reference and lookup, presentation/formatting, logic functions, pivot tables, and raw data manipulation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Word.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong presentation capabilities.

• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and a critical thinker capable of narrating stories through data.

• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, maintain high accuracy, and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Capability to train, develop, and manage a team of analysts and consultants.

• Proficiency in maintaining and developing client relationships.

• Skill in managing client projects and engagements effectively.

• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
