Senior Consultant – Change Management, Defense & Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Lead consulting projects focused on organizational design and business process reengineering.

• Participate in information systems transformation initiatives, which include scoping studies, enterprise architecture evaluations, master plans, and business-side project management support (AMOA).

• Aid in the digital transformation of clients’ business operations by conceptualizing future working methods, especially through connected devices, Big Data, predictive modeling, and IoT.

• Assist in the implementation of significant programs, especially through change management and training efforts.

• Mentor junior consultants and provide training in consulting methodologies.

• Collaborate on-site with clients and as part of internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate from an engineering school, business school, or university.

• 2–3 years of experience in consulting.

• Interest in the Defense and Security industries.

• Capability to delve into complex subjects thoroughly.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to rigor.

• Exceptional analytical abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Adaptability to engage with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds and varying functional or hierarchical levels.
