Senior Consultant – AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement AI-driven agents, automation tools, and workflow solutions.

• Enhance organizational efficiency and promote rapid innovation.

• Provide actionable AI solutions that yield quantifiable results.

• Assess business systems, processes, project execution, and technology infrastructure.

• Formulate substantial technological enhancements for enterprises.

• Oversee multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• Manage client expectations related to project scope, timelines, budget, and satisfaction levels.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Ensure that the solutions delivered meet both requirements and customer expectations.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies and suggest practical applications for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience with a major enterprise-level organization.

• Demonstrated capability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and aid in defining solutions.

• Practical experience in building and deploying generative AI solutions, agents, prompts, workflows, or automation processes.

• Experience transitioning AI solutions from prototype stages through pilot and into production deployment.

• Familiarity with administering enterprise AI platforms and environments.

• Strong analytical abilities, encompassing process enhancement, value stream mapping, and business metric oversight.

• Proven experience collaborating with software development and business teams.

• Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology.

• Knowledge of Claude Code, MCP, Projects, Skills, or similar agent frameworks.

• Experience in supporting AI platform administration and governance initiatives.

• Background in AI Centers of Excellence or enterprise-level AI transformation projects.

• Coding skills sufficient to develop, modify, troubleshoot, and assist in AI-enabled solutions.
