Senior Consultant – Advisory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide performance enhancement services to healthcare organizations.

• Conduct billable client work and lead or engage in various engagement workstreams.

• Assess client requirements and take part in client interviews.

• Execute, supervise, and ensure quality assurance in data analyses.

• Analyze results, develop recommendations, and propose potential solutions.

• Create client presentations and deliverables tailored for diverse audiences.

• Support risk identification and mitigation efforts.

• Oversee workstream economics, budgets, expenses, and project activities.

• Aid in the implementation of suggested improvements.

• Engage in practice development and authorized educational activities.

• Maintain utilization goals for client billable projects.

• Construct and sustain dynamic, interactive data models utilizing Premier and client data.

• Spearhead the standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools.

• Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses.

• Acquire knowledge of Premier technologies and services.

• Recognize market opportunities, assist in sales presentations, and enhance profitability.

• Fulfill mandatory annual training requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Capability to coordinate and deliver impactful verbal and written presentations to client audiences.

• Proficiency in conducting analyses and overseeing and mentoring others in producing client deliverables.

• Ability to effectively and collaboratively engage with clients and team members.

• Skill in leading work groups to achieve successful outcomes.

• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics.

• For analytics-focused positions: expertise in Premier and PINC AI databases and methods for connecting datasets.

• Experience in analyzing intricate healthcare data sets and creating visualizations and presentations.

• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis.

• Background in developing new methodologies and strategic problem-solving.

• Lean Process Improvement; Six Sigma Green/Black belt certification.

• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.

• Capacity to adapt, rapidly change priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in operating computer programs and software.

• Effective communication skills in person and electronically.

• Ability to make independent decisions.

• Capacity to work collaboratively in close environments with peers and various interruptions.

• Willingness to travel 61–80% within the US.
