Senior Compliance Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement new federal and state regulations, including PBM rules, across the organization.

• Act as the subject matter expert and primary contact for state and federal implementations.

• Oversee the implementation process from beginning to end.

• Research, comprehend, and apply relevant laws, regulations, and guidance from regulatory bodies.

• Evaluate business needs and intricate issues.

• Offer regulatory counsel to business partners, as well as Law, Risk, and Compliance teams and leaders.

• Create and manage a caseload of implementations for both enterprise-wide and state regulations.

• Collaborate with Law, Risk, Compliance, and operational teams to ensure precise and timely implementation.

• Facilitate and engage in meetings.

• Track implementation metrics and use oversight tools.

• Suggest new compliance performance indicators.

• Provide support and backup to members of the Enterprise Compliance team.

• Report to an Associate Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory implementations, and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management.

• Familiarity with laws and regulations regulated by the Department of Insurance and CMS.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

• Experience with compliance systems, metrics, and reporting is preferred.

• Ability to work fully remotely within the United States.

• Internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.

• Work from a dedicated environment free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
