Senior Compliance Analyst – Regulatory Change Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assist in developing strategies to guarantee the effective maintenance and execution of compliance programs that align with regulatory requirements for designated products within the organization.

• Track and analyze state regulations, contract modifications, executive actions, rulemaking, and other regulatory directives.

• Inform stakeholders about changes in regulations.

• Keep and monitor laws, regulations, and compliance guidance documents.

• Evaluate and summarize regulatory requirements.

• Create regular updates, white papers, and reports on significant regulatory developments.

• Work in conjunction with Policy, Government Relations, Legal, and various other departments to evaluate and interpret significant regulations and guidance.

• Assist in overseeing the implementation of new compliance requirements concerning regulatory language.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant legal field or equivalent experience.

• A Master’s degree or Juris Doctorate is preferred and may be considered in place of experience.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, privacy, and/or regulatory affairs.

• Proven experience in project management.

• Familiarity with laws and/or regulations pertaining to compliance and state regulations.
