This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Ensure adherence to JLL and client requirements through compliance and execution.
• Provide performance management reporting, HSSE reporting, and auditing services.
• Offer technical reporting and assistance concerning HSSE regulatory compliance matters.
• Conduct trend analysis and modify management systems as needed.
• Supply JLL and client teams with critical performance and risk indicators.
• Lead or assist in operating-site reporting obligations as per client contracts.
• Aid in environmental compliance initiatives outlined in JLL/client MSAs and SOWs.
• Perform intricate audits for account adherence and risk management.
• Ensure that facility operations comply with local, state, national, and client-specific regulations.
• Maintain compliance documentation and proactively resolve regulatory discrepancies.
• Develop and uphold governance frameworks, methodologies, procedures, playbooks, templates, and reporting systems.
• Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
• Ensure alignment with account strategies, business objectives, and JLL standards.
• Maintain centralized tracking systems and dashboards for initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, reviews, root cause analysis, and sharing best practices.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process streamlining.
• Develop and sustain reporting and auditing systems.
• Maintain and verify data records for accuracy and compliance.
• Capture digital documentation for OSHA and ISO safety inspections.
• Create legally defensible audit logs for regulatory inspections.
• Enforce purchasing policies and NTE thresholds while validating invoices.
• Eliminate billing inaccuracies, control unauthorized spending, and automate invoice reconciliation.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Act as a liaison between operations and account operational and facilities management service lines.
• Ensure adherence to JLL and client policies, contracting obligations, regulations, and audit standards.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and performance excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• Over 3 years of HSSE experience.
• More than 3 years in auditing and reporting.
• At least 3 years in performance management.
• Knowledge and understanding of applicable standards, legislation, codes of practice, guidance, and operating procedures.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in information management.
• Collaborative management approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build credibility with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to identify and address root causes.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
