Senior Commissions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Calculate monthly accrued commissions and ensure commissions are paid within month-end close deadlines.

• Continuously update the organization’s commission system with modifications related to employees and commission plans.

• Develop and test new commission plans within the organization’s commission system.

• Collaborate with commission system personnel to resolve any issues that arise.

• Provide accurate responses to employee inquiries or concerns regarding commissions and incentives.

• Review commission payment reports for accuracy and completeness.

• Ensure timely and accurate commission payouts.

• Prepare commission expense reports, presentations, and recommendations for sales and/or finance management as required.

• Address any new system changes that may be necessary.

• Work collaboratively with the Commissions Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in commission/payroll (or a combination of payroll and HR).

• SQL training and a basic understanding of general database functions is a plus.

• Previous experience with the Xactly Incent Commission System is preferred.

• Proficiency with Gmail and Google Docs.

• Experience with MS Office (including Word and Excel, particularly pivot tables).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team on projects.

• Strong mathematical and numeracy skills.

• Customer service and etiquette skills.

• Ability to handle discretion in personal and legal matters.
