📋 Description

• Act as a vital member of Optro’s growing legal team.

• Focus primarily on Enterprise agreements and provide support to West Coast Area Directors and their teams.

• Take the lead in negotiating legal agreements with customers independently.

• Offer overall guidance on subscription agreements, data processing agreements, partner agreements, and vendor agreements.

• Influence key strategies to optimize Optro’s contracting process as the company expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of in-house transactional experience in a role that entails direct engagement with potential customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders, including executives from sales to information security.

• More than 5 years of experience in negotiating SaaS agreements, Amendments, and Order Forms with enterprise clients.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire contract lifecycle, from NDA to internal approvals through to the conclusion of the signature process.

• Excellent interpersonal skills when navigating deals, both internally and externally.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in editing and managing contracts using Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites.

• A growth mindset with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while overseeing multiple concurrent projects and tasks to completion within specified timeframes.

• Team-oriented with the adaptability to tackle unique challenges in real-time and the judgment to know when to involve others.

• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence.
