Senior Commercial Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Company's commercial transactions from start to finish

• Examine, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements

• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding risks and business objectives

• Create, enhance, and expand contract management processes and systems

• Draft, review, and negotiate master service agreements, business associate agreements, vendor agreements, data use agreements, data protection agreements, partnership agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and employment-related agreements

• Maintain and enhance contract templates, approval matrices, and internal transactional guidance

• Manage and enhance contract lifecycle management processes to increase efficiency and support scaling

• Offer general support for daily legal matters as necessary

• Report directly to the General Counsel

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Licensed to practice in a state bar

• Proficiency in technical, financial, or data science concepts

• Commitment to doing whatever it takes to ensure the success of the company

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is preferable

• Passion for contributing to the improvement of the U.S. healthcare system is a plus
