Senior Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of bodily injury auto liability claims, including those that are litigated.

• Conduct thorough investigations of claims and interpret relevant policies.

• Implement negligence standards effectively.

• Handle litigation processes efficiently.

• Engage in communication and negotiation with claimants, attorneys, insured individuals, and other stakeholders.

• Independently assess complex claims.

• Recognize exposure and set suitable reserves.

• Create and execute effective strategies to ensure timely and fair resolutions.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial auto/trucking bodily injury claims.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
