Claims Specialist – L1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accurately process standard claims within the specified Service Level Agreement (SLA).

• Keep comprehensive documentation of claims, including photographs and communication logs.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to contract holders and repair facilities.

• Input and update customer data, interactions, and case details in the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to facilitate customer support and resolve issues.

• Meet call, quality assurance, and attendance goals.

• Adhere to established workflows and escalation procedures.

• Professionally and promptly address and resolve customer complaints.

• Acquire and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures.

• Process and finalize claims within 7 to 10 days while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

• Achieve a quarterly Quality Assurance score exceeding 85% and meet audit-error performance benchmarks.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or claims processing, preferably in a call center setting.

• High School Diploma is mandatory.

• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Ability to efficiently navigate various computer systems while assisting customers.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to convey complex information clearly, accurately, and succinctly.

• Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences.

• Proficient in managing inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and care.

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in claims and documentation.

• Flexible and adaptable to change; able to quickly learn new systems and processes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments.

• Must have access to a computer with a built-in operating system, such as Windows or macOS, along with at least one external monitor.

• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening prior to starting work.
