This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Identify and analyze issues and trends in operational and patient clinical trial data utilizing analytical or statistical tools.

• Utilize operational expertise and knowledge to assess issues and generate findings based on the analyzed data.

• Relay issues and potential risks to project team members for necessary follow-up actions.

• Conduct risk assessments, monitoring plans, sponsor oversight, trend analysis, signal detection, site monitoring strategies, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness activities.

• Collaborate within a Functional Service Partnership focused on a specific pharmaceutical client.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience as allowed by the approved job description.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience, as specified in the client's job description, subject to verification against the criteria for the Sr CM Analyst II level.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Site Monitoring and Site Management.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with risk assessments, monitoring plans, sponsor oversight, trend analysis, signal detection, site monitoring strategies, regulatory compliance, and inspection readiness.
