Customer Incentive Plan Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the Customer Incentive Program, which includes managing rebates and Marketing Development Fund initiatives.

• Confirm monthly accruals and ensure prompt customer payment processing.

• Evaluate Marketing Development Fund claims for precision, proper documentation, and adherence to policies.

• Address issues related to transactions, payments, accruals, and systems; pinpoint root causes.

• Assist with CIP processes during changes in procedures and system upgrades.

• Provide guidance to business users regarding CIP processes and system inquiries.

• Act as the main CIP liaison for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations, and IT departments.

• Analyze and verify operational and financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Maintain reports, dashboards, presentations, and metrics using tools such as Excel and Power BI.

• Prepare documentation and meeting notes for monthly accrual review sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A technical degree or higher along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or finance.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Experience in financial and sales analysis.

• Knowledge of Power BI and SAP.

• Proven ability to present dashboards to various audiences.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including conditional formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, macros, and handling large datasets.

• Experience with documentation and ensuring policy compliance.

• Familiarity with Marketing Development Funds (MDF).

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

• Excellent teamwork skills.

• Sound judgment in decision-making.

• Capacity to work with minimal supervision.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship.
