Senior Cloud Specialist – Incident and Change Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee critical incident response operations, evaluate incidents, establish priorities, and execute incident action plans.

• Ensure prompt and precise communication with stakeholders throughout the P1 incident lifecycle.

• Manage escalations and involve the necessary individuals and teams to expedite resolution.

• Address escalations during ongoing incidents and ensure effective shift transitions across various shifts.

• Maintain comprehensive internal records throughout the incident lifecycle.

• Provide insights to Problem Management for Root Cause Analysis when required.

• Lead the organizational change management processes.

• Create, uphold, and enforce change management policies, standards, and procedures.

• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and business stakeholders to assess, authorize, and oversee change requests.

• Monitor change metrics, produce reports, and consistently enhance the change management process.

• Offer guidance and training on change management practices.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Proven experience in owning change management processes, including the creation and enforcement of policies, standards, and procedures.

• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hands-on experience with Service Management tools and methodologies.

• Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems and products.

• Background in escalation and risk management within complex, fast-paced operational settings.

• Ability to influence, motivate, and engage team members and business partners.

• Strong understanding of business and technology.

• Capability to create and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
