Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage in the design and development of cloud-based solutions and applications within the big data domain.

• Execute Humana's cloud strategy from a technical standpoint, encompassing design, planning, integration, and upkeep.

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to assess cloud systems and pinpoint suitable solutions.

• Partner with product managers and engineers to create specifications for cloud-based products, services, applications, and solutions.

• Lead the implementation of cloud management platforms.

• Assess the performance of cloud management platforms and implement improvements.

• Make technical decisions regarding project components.

• Shape the strategic direction of the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience in building Cloud Solutions in big data environments using Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Five or more years of experience in designing, developing, and testing software applications.

• Proficient SQL skills.

• Familiarity with Azure Functions, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Logic Apps.

• Experience with CI/CD processes and creating Azure DevOps pipelines.

• A genuine passion for enhancing consumer experiences within an organization.

• A Master’s Degree is preferred.

• Experience with Databricks is a plus.

• Proficiency in Python is preferred.

• Access to home internet with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
