📋 Description

• Oversee the transition of continuous integration and delivery pipelines from Jenkins to Harness

• Automate software build and deployment processes throughout Research and Development

• Design, provision, and sustain a high-availability AWS infrastructure utilizing EKS, RDS, S3, ElastiCache, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Ensure compliance with Infrastructure-as-Code standards across various platforms

• Assist application development teams as an integrated infrastructure specialist

• Resolve deployment challenges and upgrade dependencies through the Ask Infrastructure channel

• Promote DevOps methodologies within engineering scrum teams

• Improve telemetry and alerting systems using Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK stack

• Engage in an on-call rotation to uphold platform availability

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing production systems on AWS via CLI/API

• Skilled in constructing modular infrastructure using Terraform

• Strong hands-on experience with Docker containerization

• Significant practical experience with Kubernetes management (EKS)

• In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle

• Familiar with Git workflows

• Experience in build/release automation using Jenkins, Harness, or GitHub Actions

• Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language: Python, Go, or Bash

• Direct experience with migrations to the Harness CI/CD platform (nice-to-have)

• Knowledge of multi-cloud architectures (GCP/Azure) (nice-to-have)

• Experience setting up Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK telemetry stacks (nice-to-have)
