Senior Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Manage the delivery of clinical trial operations.

• Address and resolve any clinical trial challenges.

• Enhance team capabilities.

• Supervise the clinical segment of the budget to ensure optimal resource distribution.

• Create monitoring strategies and tools to guarantee effective oversight of studies.

• Provide training and mentorship to Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Propel enrollment efforts and guide study initiation activities while adhering to deadlines.

• Examine trip reports and implement corrective and preventive action plans when necessary.

• Cultivate productive relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management role at a CRO or Pharmaceutical Organization.

• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or other relevant fields of study.

• A minimum of 10+ years of pertinent experience in clinical trial management.

• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in monitoring.

• Experience managing complex or global trials is a plus.

• Preferred: Proven track record in handling all trial phases from initiation to database lock.

• Preferred: Experience in coaching or mentoring other Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs), leading a CTM team, and engaging in departmental initiatives.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
