Patient & Healthcare Provider Support Associate – Non-Interventional Clinical Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for healthcare providers, sites, and patients.

• Organize and oversee non-interventional studies, such as pregnancy registries and retrospective chart reviews.

• Gather, assess, and manage study data using electronic case report forms (eCRFs).

• Guarantee data precision and compliance with protocols and regulations.

• Perform remote interviews, manage data entry, and review data.

• Keep essential documentation and maintain audit readiness throughout the study.

• Monitor data trends, conduct data analyses, and assist in reporting.

• Provide support for non-interventional clinical research studies and patient registries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field, or a nursing degree (RN, CNA, LPN) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities.

• Display confidence and professionalism when interacting with patients and healthcare providers via telephone.

• Possess a detail-oriented mindset; comfortable managing data, reviewing reports, and addressing inquiries accurately and promptly.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer systems.

• Previous experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or call center setting is advantageous.

• Background in data management or clinical research is a plus.
