This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management, and study close-out visits.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced CRAs and site personnel.

• Document findings from site visits through comprehensive written reports.

• Evaluate, oversee, and train study site staff on adherence to protocols.

• Review safety information for study subjects and informed consent documentation.

• Execute source document verification to ensure compliance, patient safety, and data integrity.

• Analyze CRFs utilizing paper or electronic data capture systems.

• Aid sites in resolving data queries.

• Supply updates for site-related documentation for inclusion in the Trial Master File.

• Ensure site compliance regarding the receipt, accountability, and return or destruction of investigational products.

• Carry out accompanied site visits for the assessment or training of other CRAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities in English.

• Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university or an RN/BSN in Nursing.

• Openness to travel as needed.

• Competence in conducting clinical trial site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management, and study close-out visits.
