This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management, and study close-out visits.

• Offer mentoring and support to junior CRAs and site personnel as necessary.

• Document findings from site visits through comprehensive written reports.

• Evaluate, monitor, and provide training to study site staff on adherence to protocols.

• Review safety information of study subjects and ensure informed consent is obtained.

• Execute source document verification to ensure compliance, patient safety, and data integrity.

• Review Case Report Forms (CRFs) using paper or electronic data capture systems and assist sites in resolving data queries.

• Provide necessary updates for site-specific documentation for inclusion in the Trial Master File (TMF).

• Ensure compliance at the site regarding the receipt, accountability, and return or disposal of investigational products.

• Conduct accompanied site visits for the assessment or training of fellow CRAs as requested and deemed appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.

• Outstanding organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• A 4-year university degree or an RN/BSN in Nursing.

• Willingness to travel is mandatory.
