Senior Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operations of clinical trials, aiding the team and stakeholders to achieve exceptional results across clinical programs.

• Facilitate the delivery of clinical trial management.

• Address challenges and enhance team capabilities.

• Manage the clinical section of the budget to guarantee effective resource distribution.

• Create monitoring strategies and tools to ensure robust study supervision.

• Educate and guide Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to maximize their performance.

• Propel participant recruitment and spearhead study initiation activities while following established timelines.

• Evaluate trip reports and apply corrective and preventative actions as needed.

• Cultivate strong relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of global Clinical Trial Management experience in a CRO or Pharmaceutical Company.

• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related fields.

• At least 10+ years of pertinent experience in clinical trial management.

• Preferred: 2+ years of monitoring experience.

• Experience in handling complex or global trials is a plus.

• Preferred: Experience in managing all aspects of trials from initiation to database lock.

• Preferred: Experience in mentoring/coaching other CTMs, leading a CTM team, and engaging in departmental initiatives.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25%).
