This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive technical support for Superficial Venous Interventions (SVI) products and procedures.

• Assist sales representatives by providing customer product training and coverage during critical cases.

• Educate physicians, nurses, technicians, surgeons, interventional radiologists, and other groups on Closure System and VenaSeal products.

• Offer training on superficial venous ultrasound, Closure System, Closure Fast, RFS, RFG2, VenaSeal, and related supplies.

• Conduct ultrasound in-services, product demonstrations, mock cases, case coverage, and field employee training.

• Provide case support to promote business growth.

• Instruct and inform customers about products and relevant procedures.

• Collaborate with physicians and lab/office staff in selecting cases.

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints at sites; develop solutions, prepare reports, and make recommendations to management.

• Support the territory sales strategy through collaboration, in-servicing, market development, inventory management, purchase-order collection, and technical case support.

• Offer flexible technical case coverage.

• Educate and assist CVG sales and clinical counterparts on peripheral products while sharing best practices.

• Engage in company-sponsored training and educational programs.

• Continuously build and maintain technical knowledge and skills.

• Provide feedback to Research and Development staff regarding product performance issues and potential improvements.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop site-specific sales strategies for venous vascular products in established U.S. accounts.

• Aid in creating tools and strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.

• Support call points at hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices.

• Keep management updated on work-schedule and workload changes.

• Comply with financial, regulatory, and quality standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma and 8+ years of experience, OR an Associate’s degree and 6+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience.

• Experience in ultrasound and/or venous procedures.

• Background as a Registered Vascular Technician (RVT).

• Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and the medical device sector.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient with computer systems.

• Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong project management capabilities and experience in coordinating programs.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

• Willingness to travel domestically over 50% by automobile, plane, or other means.

• Capability to lift and carry 20 pounds.

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for 6–8 hours daily.

• Competence in operating a moving vehicle.

• Must be able to wear all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Ability to work in hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices.

• Willingness to travel by car or plane, with a minimum of 80% of the time required.

• Capability to conduct company business outside of the typical Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an active vehicle insurance policy.

• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.

• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not provided for roles below Principal level.
