
Senior Clinical Specialist, Superficial Venous Interventions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver comprehensive technical support for Superficial Venous Interventions products and associated procedures.
• Assist sales representatives by providing customer product training and coverage for critical cases.
• Educate physicians, nurses, technicians, surgeons, interventional radiologists, and other clinical personnel.
• Train clients on superficial venous ultrasound, Closure System, Closure Fast, RFS, RFG2, VenaSeal, and accompanying supplies.
• Conduct in-services on ultrasound and products, mock cases, case coverage, and training for field employees.
• Offer case support to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with physicians and lab/office staff on the selection of cases.
• Investigate and address site customer complaints, developing solutions, reports, and recommendations.
• Enhance territory sales strategies through in-servicing, market development, inventory support, purchase-order collection, and technical case assistance.
• Educate CVG sales and clinical teams on peripheral products and share best practices.
• Engage in company-sponsored training and educational initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and skills.
• Provide feedback to Research and Development regarding product performance and potential enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales to create site-specific strategies for established U.S. accounts.
• Develop tools and tactics to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies.
• Visit hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices as required.
• Keep the manager updated on schedule and workload changes.
• Comply with financial, regulatory, and quality standards.
• High school diploma and 8+ years of experience OR an Associate’s degree and 6+ years of experience OR a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience.
• Preference for candidates with ultrasound and/or venous experience.
• Experience as a Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using a PC.
• Expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management capabilities and experience in coordinating programs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel domestically over 50% by car, plane, or other means of transportation.
• Capability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for 6–8 hours per day.
• Competence in operating a moving vehicle.
• Willingness to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work in hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices.
• Willingness to travel by car or plane a minimum of 80% of the time.
• Ability to conduct company business outside regular Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. hours.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and an active vehicle insurance policy.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, the degree must comply with 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available below the Principal level.
