
Senior Clinical Specialist β MedTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver clinical assistance for CVRx technology and its business applications through customer education and procedure coverage.
β’ Articulate the product and clinical advantages of Barostim therapy to cardiologists, specialists in heart failure/hypertension, and cardiac/vascular surgeons.
β’ Organize training sessions on the correct implementation of Barostim therapy for clinicians, office personnel, and hospital staff.
β’ Offer technical support and troubleshooting during implant procedures, follow-up appointments, titrations, and patient consultations.
β’ Create communication strategies tailored to the market in collaboration with Territory Managers.
β’ Initiate CVRx programs at new customer locations and ensure continued program engagement.
β’ Promote the use and growth of Barostim therapy through disease-state education and the development of therapeutic programs.
β’ Serve as the clinical link between the medical community and the business sector.
β’ Meet with healthcare providers to assess clinical needs, objectives, and patient-care limitations, offering viable solutions.
β’ Adhere to sales management protocols and reporting mechanisms, including maintaining precise records of devices and programmers in Salesforce.
β’ Provide assistance to other field personnel as necessary.
β’ Collaborate with Territory Managers, sales leaders, and internal teams to enhance the commercial growth of products.
β’ Must be located in the Indianapolis Metro area.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Experience with cardiology or cardiac surgery therapeutic devices, with a preference for those with heart failure experience.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with key customer groups and CVRx personnel.
β’ Capability to master medical and surgical concepts as well as active implantable medical device technology.
β’ Independent, self-driven individual with the determination to introduce innovative technology to the market.
β’ Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working autonomously.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn systems such as Salesforce, content management, and learning management systems.
β’ Able to lift up to 10 lbs. comfortably.
β’ Willingness to travel 60% or more, with some overnight trips required.
β’ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
