Senior Clinical Research Associate – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee research operations at sites involved in Worldwide Clinical Trials’ clinical research initiatives.

• Identify suitable sites for participation in clinical research.

• Execute study start-up tasks, which include gathering regulatory documents and assisting with contract and budget discussions.

• Train site personnel on proper data collection and reporting of potential safety-related incidents.

• Supervise site activities throughout the study maintenance phase.

• Conclude research operations at sites following the completion of the study.

• Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).

• Manage most site oversight remotely while ensuring compliance with informed consent, safety-event reporting, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with team members across various therapeutic areas and clinical operations departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.

• Outstanding organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.

• Bachelor’s degree or Nursing degree required.

• Experience in Oncology is mandatory.

• Candidates must reside in the North Midwestern United States: Ohio, Michigan, or Kentucky.

• Willingness to travel regionally is necessary.

• Must ensure adherence to informed consent, safety-event reporting, and relevant regulatory obligations.
