Clinical Research Associate II – Mexico City

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial sites through both on-site and remote evaluations.

• Establish and nurture strong connections with investigators and site personnel.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to adhere to project deadlines.

• Handle site-level study documentation, system updates, and visit reports.

• Execute corrective measures as necessary to uphold study integrity.

• Ensure that sites are consistently prepared for audits and inspections.

• Facilitate high-quality clinical trial execution, site collaborations, and compliance throughout all study phases.

• Highly communicative, cooperative, and adaptable.

• Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of working independently.

• Positive and professional demeanor, comfortable supporting both virtual and in-person teams.

• Home-based position; preference for candidates located in Mexico City.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.

• A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of CRA experience monitoring oncology trials is required.

• Must be willing to travel.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary.
