Senior Clinical Research Associate, Medical Device

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring activities that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Assess clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and facilitate the effective execution of trials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders.

• Handle multiple sites and projects concurrently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent scientific field or healthcare-related area.

• 3-5 years of experience in CRA monitoring within CRO or pharmaceutical settings.

• Strong background as a CRA managing intricate protocols.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory guidelines.

• Demonstrated capability to manage several sites and projects at the same time.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Occasional travel within Canada may be necessary.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
