Clinical Trial Manager I/II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations related to clinical trial management.

• Organize and supervise all components of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with trial investigators and relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure that trials are conducted in accordance with local, national, and international regulations as well as ethical standards.

• Analyze problems and make essential decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management strategies.

• Assist the team and stakeholders in achieving high-quality results throughout clinical programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial management.

• Proven ability to oversee the clinical deliverables of a study effectively.

• Expertise in the relevant therapeutic area.

• Previous monitoring experience is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
