Project Specialist, Finance, Clinical Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Strategize, lead, develop, and communicate timelines for clinical studies, ensuring that milestones are achieved and projects remain on schedule.

• Collect insights from clinical, regulatory, and data management teams to formulate thorough plans for timely deliverables.

• Standardize procedures for clinical studies and apply best practices consistently across trials.

• Manage and resolve operational elements of clinical trials in accordance with SOP, GCP, and relevant country regulations.

• Identify clinical trial sites and vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships.

• Prepare budgets for clinical trials, oversee expenditures, and ensure studies are conducted within budgetary constraints.

• Oversee trial progress, monitor key performance indicators, and address any deviations from the established plan.

• Execute and develop clinical development strategies that align with project objectives.

• Formulate recruitment strategies for trials and monitor the enrollment process.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• An associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical project management or a related area is required.

• A solid understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations is essential.

• Experience with SOP, GCP, and country-specific regulations is necessary.

• Certification in Clinical Project Management or a related field is preferred.

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification is preferred.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities are required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities are necessary.

• Capability to adapt to shifting priorities and work under pressure is essential.

• Equivalent experience, skills, and/or educational qualifications will also be taken into account.
