📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial activities in accordance with the protocol, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring activities that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address challenges, and support effective trial execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to promote efficient trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory obligations.

• Demonstrated capability to oversee multiple sites and projects concurrently, with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, as well as relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and ensure compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
