📋 Description

• Supervise and direct clinical trial operations in accordance with protocol, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.

• Lead monitoring activities for clinical trials that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Ensure clinical trial sites adhere to study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and support effective trial execution.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Develop and sustain relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure efficient trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or in a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Experience in oncology and Phase I clinical trials.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Skilled in using relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in Germany.
