📋 Description

• Supervise and oversee clinical trial operations in accordance with the protocol, regulatory obligations, and industry standards.

• Direct clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and facilitate successful trial implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Foster and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders.

• Travel as necessary, approximately 60% of the time.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with thorough knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Expertise in monitoring protocols, data integrity, and site management.

• Proficient in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Capability to influence and promote compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in France.
