This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate performance, address issues, and support the effective execution of trials.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline such as life sciences, nursing, or medicine.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial methodologies and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple sites and projects at the same time.

• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of monitoring practices, data integrity, and site oversight.

• Proficiency in pertinent clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence compliance and drive adherence within a complex environment.

• Must reside in Colorado.

• Experience in oncology monitoring is essential.

• Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time, both domestically and internationally, via air and road.

• Valid driver's license.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
